In a five-man panel led by Justice Mary Peter-Odili, the Supreme Court has nullified the All Peoples Congress (APC) win of the just concluded Bayelsa State gubernatorial election after disqualifying its deputy governorship candidate, Degi- Eremienyo, for forged certificates submitted to INEC.
INEC has been ordered to issue new certificates to the candidates of the next highest votes in conformity with the constitution making the Peoples Denocratic Party (PDP) the new winner and its candidate
