Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, said
in an interview with the Hausa Service of the BBC, on Thursday, that it was possible opposition
politicians paid miscreants to boo the presidential motorcade in Maiduguri, the
Borno State capital, on Wednesday. This happened as the President
returned from the AU summit in Ethiopia and headed straight to Borno State to
commiserate with the people over the recent Boko Haram attack. He also affirmed the president's capacity to deal with Boko Haram and announced there will be a strategy change. Read more details at thePunch.
