The SGF, Boss Mustapha, announced some major changes in the revised guidelines of the 2nd Phase Lockdown including allowing civil servants from Grade Level 12 to resume work, gradual reopening of international flights and rail transportation within established parameters, permitting exit classes in schools to resume ahead because of upcoming examinations and opening recreational parks for supervised exercises.
