FCT Minister directs the reopening of all schools October 11

Muhammad Bello, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, has directed the re-opening of all schools in the territory on Sunday, October 11, 2020, for the 2020/2021 academic session.

Bello made this Known yesterday while speaking at a news conference in Abuja, he explained that boarding schools should resume on Sunday, while day schools resumes on Monday, October 12. Further speaking, he said  the decision to reopen schools is a tough decision his team had to make, hence he advised that everyone be careful lest the safety efforts we had to make in the past few months against the COVID-19 be in vain.
