Trump says for the first time that Biden won, but refuses to concede

For the first time, President Donald Trump, on Sunday, acknowledged that Joe Biden won the presidential election, but still refused to concede and blamed his loss on a string of conspiracy theories.

Most news networks had declared Biden the victor more than a week ago. And Biden has given a victory speech and gotten his transition team up and running. Trump who has refused to concede to loosing the election, in one Sunday morning tweet said, "He won because the Election was Rigged," in another tweet, he stood by his false belief that he may be able to win the election and refused to concede, writing, "I concede NOTHING! We have a long way to go."
