The arrest of Sunday Igboho has been ordered by IGP Adamu - Presidency

Mohammed Adamu, the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), has ordered the arrest of Sunday Adeyemo, aka Sunday Igboho, for giving Fulani Herdsmen in Oyo State an ultimatum to exit the state over increasing rate of kidnapping, the Presidency says.

Garba Shehu, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity,  said the IGP told him that an order had been given to the Commissioner of Police in Oyo State, Ngozi Onadeko, to arrest Igboho immediately and transfer him to Abuja. He added that Sunday will be taken to Court for prosecution.
