UK variant of the COVID-19 now in Nigeria, - COVID-19 PTF reports

The Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 had on Monday, disclosed that the B117 strain of COVID-19 has been recorded in Nigeria.

Boss Mustapha, the PTF chairman and Secretary to the Government of the Federation,  disclosed this at the briefing of the PTF on Monday, January 25. He said four persons have been diagnosed with the B117 strain in Nigeria, of the four persons, three are travellers from Nigeria to other places while the fourth case was discovered in-country.
