Job Description

We are seeking a talented and artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects.
As Interior Designer you will be working closely with our architect delivering tailored concept designs and technical details of contemporary, prestigious, and mid-high-end projects, offering your creative skill set and previous experience on similar projects
You will be working on projects from beginning through to completion creating designs within design briefs achieving set specifications as well as inputting your own design flair.
The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing.
Responsibilities

Working with managements directly throughout the design process
Creating concept designs as well as technical detailing
Presenting and developing designs within a design brief
Responsible for day to day supervision of artisans and contractors
Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends, best practices, and new developments in the interior design
Set costs and project fees according to budget
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
Produce “sample” and “mood products”
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
Requirements

B.Sc Degree in Interior Design or similar
Experience: 1 - 3 years
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, Modular Kitchen, Modular wardrobes, bedroom, and all installations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
Excellent portfolio of previous works
Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
Communication and presentation skills
Project management skills.
Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Information Technology Audit is to assure management that IT audit practices comply with company procedures and government regulations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Involved in the planning and execution of internal audit procedures and the creation of internal audit reports.
Examines internal IT controls, evaluates the design and operational effectiveness, determines exposure to risk and develops remediation strategies.
Assists in the performance of general application control reviews for simple to complex computer information systems.
Studies, scrutinizes and checks the accounts, audit and software records of the company in order to get a rough idea about the fiscal condition of the same in relation to its executed software and IT business operations.
Ensures that all controls put in place by the organization are being followed adequately.
Examines the functional and usable data on various computer networks and systems of the company to ensure that the information systems are processed properly, resulting in benefitting the organization.
Provides enhancements in controls, policies and procedures.
Performs audit to identify the weaknesses in a systems network and creates an action plan to prevent security breaches in the technology.
To ensure success, an IT Auditor must be capable of maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information while working with a variety of technologies, security problems and troubleshooting of the network.
Education & Knowledge

First degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent.
Data security and analytical experience; Programming and high knowledge in use of SQL for analytical purposes.
Minimum 2 years’ work experience
Knowledge to write reports, knowledge of laws and regulations in force based on what company operates.
Professional Certification in CISA/other related certification will be an added advantage.

Manage all assets (vehicles, income generating assets, personal assets and inventories) presented for repossession in line with the bank’s processes and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality while handling customers enquires and information.

Report [daily] progress against target to the designated authority
Qualification & Required Skills

Degree/HND in related discipline.
2 -5 years’ experience in a debt recovery role; preferable with financial services or Microfinance.
Effective communication and reporting skills
Basic mathematics and analytical skills as well as investigative and persuasive skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making skill
Knowledgeable of recovery best practice and approach.
