Kegs of water now N250 each in Kubwa

The scarcity of water in Kubwa has caused 25-litre kegs of water to now sell for N250 each. This is the highest in years and much more costlier than the last time a major water pipe at Phase 4 bridge burst here.

Dame Joy Okoro, the acting General Manager, of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Water Board, has, however, assured that water supply will be restored to residents of Kubwa, Gudu, Gwagwalada, Airport and University of Abuja by Monday evening.
