Breaking: PDP zonal Congress ends in chaos as thugs snatch ballot boxes in Kaduna

A congress of the People’s Democratic Party’s north west zone in Kaduna has ended in chaos after supporters of major contenders clashed, in the course of snatching ballot boxes, with ballot boxes destroyed in the chaos.

The major contenders for the position of National Vice Chairman for north west zone include Senator Bello Hayatudeen Gwarzo, Aminu Wali and a preferred candidate of former Governor of Kano State, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
