Complaint form for lawyers having unresolved issues has been released by NBA Task Force on CAC

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Task Force On Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), has released forms to be filled by those still having unresolved issues with the Commission.

NBA, in a statement signed by the National Publicity Secretary of the NBA, Dr. Rapulu Nduka, said such is to enable the Taskforce to monitor the resolution of the complaint.

The statement reads; Dear Colleagues, recall that the NBA President in a quest to holistically address the challenges that users of the services of the Corporate Affairs Commission face had set up a Task Force on CAC under the leadership of Mr. Ayuli Jemide. The Task Force has continued to liaise with the CAC on service levels and other related matters. To enable the NBA-CAC Task Force to ascertain the progress made so far and the current state of CAC’s services, the Task Force hereby requests that all lawyers who have any unresolved complaints lodged via any of the CAC complaints channels should fill the Form in the link below.  In completing the Form, kindly ensure that you adhere to the instructions on the Form so as to enable the NBA-CAC Task Force to properly collate and forward them to the CAC for resolution. Note that lawyers who filled the Form before but whose complaints remain unresolved may fill it again.
