In Kubwa: Niger State passes law to hang Bandits and Kidnappers

A law, which recommends that Bandits and kidnappers must be sentenced to death by hanginghas been passed by the Niger State House of Assembly.

It is an amendment to the Kidnapping and Cattle Rustling (Special Provision) Law of the State. It will also punish any informant caught aiding the activities.
