Hushpuppi: Abba Kyari allegedly theatens to expose both current and past IGPs if extradited

 

According to Sahara reporters, the currently embattled Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, has assembled a team of lawyers to fight his extradition to the United States to face charges in using his high office to commit crime in helping the internet fraudster  Ramon Abbas, aka Hushpuppi.

A resource revealed to Sahara Reporters that there was a heated meeting in the office of the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) on Friday where Kyari threatened to expose senior police officers, like the current IGP and former IGPs, who benefitted from his largesse if he is extradited to face charges at the instance of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Kyari has a team of lawyers now as well as assurance from the police hierarchy that he will not be extradited, the source said.
