In a statement signed by Azeez Sani Head Public Relations and Information, Buhari appoints Professor Ibrahim Wushishi, who was a Professor of Science Education at the Federal University of Technology Minna Niger state before his appointment, the Registrar of the National Examination Council NECO, replacing the acting Ebikibina John Ogborodi.
Wushishi is also the first indigene of Niger state to be appointed the substantive Registrar of NECO.
