More members of PDP threaten to defect from the party

Over the current defections of members of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) four members of the National Working Committee of the PDP have threatened to resign their positions if the allegations of poor leadership and lack of financial transparency rocking the party are not resolved. The national chairman of the PDP,  Uche Secondus, has denied any wrongdoing and instituted a lawsuit against his accuser while PDP Spokesperson, Kola Ologbondinyan, said an “internal conflict resolution mechanism” has been activated to reconcile aggrieved members of the party.
