The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in a statement following the crash in Kogi state, called for a thorough investigation into the traumatic incident and now the presidency has ordered an investigation into the cause of the crash landing.
The VP and his crew crash landed in a caverton helicopter while on his next-level reelection campaign around Kabba, Kogi State. He has since tweeted that he is safe and sound and still on the campaign trail.
Meanwhile the Caverton Helicopters management has promised to cooperate during the investigation and said it remains committed to safety in all its operations, according to this report by the Punch.
