"My father's killers captured him in the toilet after many gunshots," son of assassinated APC Chair narrates

20 years old Samuel Shekwo, son of the assassinated APC Chairman, Mr Philip Shekwo, of Nasarawa State, in an interview, narrating his father's ordeal with tears streaming down his cheeks, said he could not fathom why unknown Gunmen would cut short his joy by sending his father into early grave.

The late Philip Shekwo was abducted by some Gunmen last Saturday at his Lafia residence opposite Peace House on Kurikyo Road, Bukan Sidi in Lafia, before his lifeless body was found the next day, a few metres away from his house. His son, Samuel while narrating how it all happened, recalled that the late Politician was captured by his killers in the toilet after firing series of gunshots and searching extensively for him in the house.
