The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced that 96 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded in the country on Wednesday March 24.
The health agency gave the breakdown of the new cases is as follows; Lagos-28, Yobe-20, Akwa Ibom-10, Cross River-9, Kaduna-6, Kano-5, Edo-4, Oyo-3, Plateau-3, Jigawa-2, Osun-2, Borno-1, Nasarawa-1, Rivers-1, Sokoto-1. There are now 162,178 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in the country and 2,031 deaths have been recorded. 148,726 patients who recovered from the disease have also been discharged.
