Federal Government won't negotiate with terrorists - National Security Adviser

The National Security Adviser,  Major-General Babagana Monguno (Rtd), has declared that the federal government won't negotiate with terrorists during the weekly ministerial briefing at the State House in Abuja 

He insists that the government would rather redeploy all necessary forces to eliminate criminals as negotiating with them suggests weakness and incapacity on the part of the government. He also ruled out engaging foreign mercenaries.
