The damaged pipe that supplies water to treatment plants three and four at the Lower Usuma Dam, Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), that caused water scarcity for at least 2weeks has been fixed and water is back. Residents of Kubwa confirmed this development as water is now flowing in their respective residences.
The FCT WaterBoard worked round the clock everyday till water started flowing yesterday evening.
