IGP sets up special investigation team, deploys security reinforcement over Imo attacks

The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, has directed the Commissioner of Police in Imo to go after persons behind attacks on the State Police Command Headquarters and the Headquarters of the Nigerian Correctional Services in Owerri in the early hours of Monday.

Adamu gave the order in a statement released by the Force spokesperson, CP Frank Mba.
