The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has announced 71 new cases of COVID-19 infections, recorded in Nigeria on Friday, April 9. Total confirmed cases now 163,652.
The health agency gave the break down as; Lagos -24, Yobe-13, Rivers-9, Akwa Ibom-6, FCT-6, Kano-6, Osun-3, Delta-2, Jigawa-1 and Plateau-1. 154,073 infected persons has so far been discharged, with 2,059 deaths.
