The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has issued a public notice on the Restoration of Service Timelines for Name Reservation and Business Registration.
According to the public notice issued by CAC, it wished to inform her Esteemed Customers and the General Public that the Commission’s Service timelines for the reservations of names for Companies/Business Names and the registration of Companies/Business Names have been restored to 4 Hours and 24 Hours respectively. The restoration of the service timelines in the service is in response to the increased traction and stability observed on the performance of the upgraded Company Registration Portal (CRP) which was deployed on 4th January, 2021. Customers are to note that the restored timelines have come into effect starting from Monday, 19th April, 2021.
