PHCN “took the light” midway into the FG’s meeting with foreign envoys to discuss the suspension of Twitter in Nigeria

The power cut was for 10 minutes as the Press struggled to take pictures of the event. To let in light and air, the window blinds were quickly opened by journalists and others close to them.
