Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita, the Head of Civil Service of the Federation (HoS) was in Kubwa for the inauguration of several projects at the Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN).
The projects which were previously abandoned include a 250-bedroom male hostel meant for students who are coming outside Abuja who do not have houses nearby or need a quiet place to concentrate on their studies. Also a staff clinic & club, executive suites, IT centre, Muhammad Buhari auditorium, Yemi Osinbajo auditorium, a primary school and lectures theatre named after Oyo-Ita.
The HoS commended the staff of the PSIN for the projects which she lauded as thinking outside the box and "a money making venture for the Public Service Institute of Nigeria and definitely for the Federal Government".
