Okorocha gets INEC Certificate of Return as senator at last

Former governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha, has been finally sworn in as a senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He received his certificate too and in his remarks soon after expressed that an Igbo president doesn't exist in Nigeria. Read it at theVanguard.
