Our Client a reputable Oil and Gas servicing company (EPC) with HQ in Lagos is in search of a qualified Legal Practitioner who is experienced, dedicated and can maintain high legal standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing all legal secretarial services across the Company’s Group as well as liaising with regulatory agencies, preparing regulatory reports and managing relationships with regulatory bodies for all business operations.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills as well as a keen attention to detail.
Requirements: First Degree in Law (LLB, BL) with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Membership of relevant professional bodies such as Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Nigeria (ICSA) is desirable.
