Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description:
Front Office Management:
Visitor Management
Receive and Direct Visitors
Maintain the reception area
Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence

Office Administration:
Monitor and receive office supplies and place orders when necessary, with proper record/book-keeping of stock-bin and electronic documentation.
Coordinate the Admin Store and ensure good housekeeping.
Coordinate all requirements for Executive Management meetings.
Report maintenance issues to the Facility Manager, including furniture, fittings and equipment when notified.

Travel Management:
Manage the travel desk which includes handling all business travel arrangements for employees (Local & International Flights).
Coordinate Hotel Bookings for employees - local travel.
Serve as liaison personnel for travel and hotel agencies.

Requirement/ Qualification
Minimum of a B.Sc / HND certification.
0-3years working experience in a similar role.

Accountant

Job Summary
The Accountant performs a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties according to established policies and procedures. He analyses and prepares financial and management reports to aid management decisions as well as provides financial information to management by researching different accounting data. He ensures the accuracy of PRL financial records and compliance with best practice financial management principles and regulatory requirements. The Accountant is responsible for an accurate booking and allocation of expenses and investments, for the monthly accruals, for the amortization of prepaid expenses, for the depreciation of the fixed assets, etc.

Key Requirement
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related degrees. At least 5 years of work experience in Accounting/Finance. Extensive experience in ledger accounting and financial reporting. Professional affiliations with CFA, ACCA or ICAN.
