Following the ongoing Protest Crisis in Nigeria, Beyoncé, Trevor Noah, Viola Davis and several other celebrities are speaking out in support of Nigeria, urging for the end of police brutality with the hashtag #EndSARS on social media.
Beyoncé on her Twitter account, wrote "I am heartbroken to see the senseless brutality taking place in Nigeria. There has to be an end to SARS. We have been working on partnerships with youth organizations to support those protesting for change. We are collaborating with coalitions to provide emergency healthcare, food, and shelter. To our Nigerian sisters and brothers, we stand with you." Trevor Noah and the others also sent out messages to Nigeria on their social media handles, to show their support.
