President Muhammadu Buhari has cancelled the scheduled appearance before House of Reps and this has caused Nigerians to react.
A tweeter influencer Chidi Odinkalu tweeted: "All the people who were looking forward to a seasonal appearance of the masquerade in 48 hours should just adjust their dials to other programs. The program will not happen".
