Cristiano Ronaldo becomes the first person to reach 250 million followers on Instagram

Cristiano Ronaldo, Popular Portuguese Footballer has  become the first person ever to reach 250 million followers on Instagram.

Ronaldo, at 35 also earns huge amount of money through paid posts on the Facebook-owned platform. He is also the most followed Sportsperson on Twitter. A statistics highlighted by ESPN FC, reveals that the combined followers tally of all 20 clubs in Premier League is far less than Ronaldo’s total number of followers on Instagram. The 20 clubs combined have 159 million followers.
