Bandits killed one Yusuf Suleiman, 28 days after his wedding to his wife, Ramatu Idris, in Dutsen Abba ward in Kaduna state on February 4.
Ramatu in an interview with NAN, recounted how she was made a widow days after she became wife to her now-deceased husband. “There were about seven of them (bandits). They forced themselves into our home holding guns and a stick," she said. Ramatu said those who killed her husband were the same criminals that raided the residence of Alhaji Abdulaziz Sani, councilor representing Dutsen Abba Ward, and abducted six of his family members.
