Six suspected kidnappers has been arrested along the Apo axis of Abuja, by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command acting on credible intelligence.
The Spokesperson of the FCT Police Command, ASP Yusuf Mariam, gave the identities of the suspects as Frank Ozor 26yrs, Nweke Uche 19yrs, Chester Uzor 25yrs, Chukwu Bethrand 27 yrs, Chukwu Samuel 25yrs and Kelechi Ngene 26 yrs. Yusuf added that their arrest led to the successful rescue of two other victims who identified the suspects. Speaking further, Yusuf advised residents to be calm and law abiding as the Police is working with fellow security agencies to ensure high level of security in the FCT.
