Seven (7) out of the 317 schoolgirls who were abducted by bandits at Government Girls Science Secondary School, Jangebe in Zamfara state have escaped.
Channels TV reports that a source in the community confirmed that the girls returned home from their captors on Friday evening, February 26. He said they claimed they maneuvered their way back from the bandits while trekking along the forest and further disclosed that more of the girls have escaped and were being expected home.
