In a statement signed by the Technical Assistant (Information Technology) to the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy on Saturday, the Federal Government has directed Telcos to put the planned suspension of theUnstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) services on hold.
The Association of Licensed Telecommunications Operators of Nigeria earlier said telcos will disconnect Financial Service Providers from USSD services from March 15 until they pay their over N42bn debt.
