The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 67 new cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria, recorded on Friday, April 16. Total confirmed cases now 164,147
The health agency gave the break down of cases as; Lagos-26, Kaduna-11, Akwa Ibom-8, Rivers-8, Ogun-5, Kano-3, Osun-3, FCT-2, Plateau-1. 154,304 patients have so far been discharged, with 2,061 deaths recorded.
