Samuel Ihensekhien, Jnr. Esq., Lawyer to the assaulted security guard at banex plaza, Abuja, has dragged the CCT Chairman, Umar Danladi to National Human Rights Commission over assault on clement sagwak.
Samuel in the Petition against Umar dated 6th April 2021, and addressed to the Secretary of the Commission, accused of abuse of power, assault, torture and xenophobia. However, on 9th April 2021, Samuel sent a reminder letter to the secretary of Commission, said that, "Umar Danladi is bent on intimidating everyone around Clement Sagwak, who has useful information and that clement was admitted in the hospital as a result of the several beatings he received from Umar Danladi, his orderlies, driver, and proxy.”
