*Responsibilities:*
· Develop attractive job description, when required and advertise on various job, professional and social platforms.
· Shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
· Deploy relevant Assessment tools (Assessment Centre, Competency based Interview, Aptitude Test, etc) to ascertain the suitability of candidates for a job opportunity.
· Send feedback to candidates at the end of the recruitment process.
· Send shortlist to client and ensure closure of recruitment briefs within agreed time frame.
*Requirements:*
. Minimum qualification, BSC
· Minimum of 3years experience in recruitment.
· Must have a functional laptop
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
· Must be able to give a minimum of 4 hours daily, on projects
· Must possess good interviewing skills
