Jonathan visits Aso Villa to brief PMB on Mali Crisis

According to reports, the Former President, Goodluck Jonathan, visited the Presidential office in Abuja to give an update to the incumbent on the Mali Crisis as Special Envoy and ECOWAS mediator to the West African country.

President Buhari in his response wants country’s political actors to embrace peace, according to him “A situation where most parts of the country are in the hands of insurgents calls for a consensus and restoration of peace, not a further escalation of the crisis.”
