21 Federal Civil Service Directors fail Permanent Secretary Exams





The remaining 25 candidates who passed the examination, scoring 50 and above, qualified for the next stage of the selection process which was held Thursday. They were grilled on their ICT Proficiency, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation.

This is according to a circular, titled ‘Re: Selection exercise for the appointment of permanent secretaries in the federal civil service,’ dated June 1, 2021, and signed by Sunny Echocho on behalf of the examination committee. 46 Directors took the exams and 21 failed for scoring below 50.
