TMZ reports the horrific injury to a birthday girl, Kelsey Salmon, who got her entire left eyelid bitten off by a dog after fixing her eyelashes.
The dog, a chihuahua, is the pet of the lash technician who did the lashes for her for the first time because her regular stylist was unavailable. Salmon was being a friendly customer and playing with the dog beside her before her lashes were done then she got up with the dog on the floor looking up at her. Suddenly it jumped and bit her in the face tearing off her left eyelid.
