Nigeria's Ambassador to the Benin Republic and former chief of army staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai (retd.), who was reportedly instrumental in the arrest of Sunday Igboho and his wife, Ropo, on Wednesday visited the President of Benin Republic, Patrice Talon. Buratai also presented his Letter of Credence which is a letter of introduction of an ambassador.
