We shared the news with you here and also an update. The CJN did not appear by himself in court but was ably represented by over 50 SANs, although only 5 were allowed to announce appearance on record. The SANs argued that the CCT l
acks jusrisdiction. What saved the day, however, was their argument that the CJN was not personally served with the charges against him. Read more.
