Lauretta Onochie, a social media aide of President Muhammadu Buhari, has announced a new gazette by the Federal Government in respect of the new Rules of Professional Conduct (RPC) for Legal Practitioners 2020 thereby amending the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners (RPC) 2007.
She tweeted on her Twitter account .“A new gazette by the Federal Government has amended the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners 2007, removing the requirement for the NBA stamp and seal on court processes.”
Onochie added in the tweet that “Before now, membership of the NBA was compulsory for all lawyers. Not Anymore! #SaiBaba”.
