Report has it that the incident happened around 6:00pm on Saturday when people were returning home after celebrating the new Education Secretary of Kuje council.
Gunmen hijacked a bus the victims were in and escaped with all its occupants through the surrounding bushes.
Former Vice Chairman of the Council, Mohammed Baba, also some council members were among those kidnapped. Recall that recently we reported here a similar abduction of residents in a community.
