A footage on social media showed a small crowd taking to the streets of Abuja, to try to keep up pressure on the authorities after crisis helped stamp out Protests against police brutality in Nigeria last month. Four of the protesters were said to be arrested on Friday by the Nigerian Police.
Rights activist Deji Adeyanju disclosed that the four Protesters were arrested in front of the National Assembly. Government opponent, Omoyele Sowore said the arrests on Friday showed the police “will never learn”. The Police force in Abuja were not immediately available for comment as at the time of filling this report.
