President Muhammadu Buhari and the acting Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Usman Baba met today, their first meeting since the appointment of the IGP. They met at Aso Villa in Abuja.
President Buhari had appointed Baba to succeed Mohammed Adamu, through the Minister of Police Affairs, Mohammad Dingyadi, on Tuesday, April 6. The President was in London for a medical check-up when the appointment was announced.
