Speakers of State Houses of Assembly from the 36 States of the Federation paid a courtesy visit to Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, on Friday to seek support for their agitation for Financial Autonomy of States Legislature.
In his remark, when he received the special guests, the Governor assured them of his unwavering support as he believed that financial autonomy to the legislature will afford the needed impetus to perform their functions better and contribute more productively to the nation’s democracy.
