Nigerian Police has confirmed that 88 persons have been killed by bandits in some communities in Kebbi State in attacks that happened late on Thursday.
According to the Police, this death toll may rise as many remain unaccounted for but the Police has launched "Operation Ganuwa" to forestall similar attacks.
