Savage has revealed her latest project, an Extended Play album titled, ‘Water
and Garri.’ She spoke on the Zane
Lowe Show on Apple Music, about the songs on the album. Tales by Moonlight, for instance, was inspired by the Nigerian kid’s storytelling
show she enjoyed as a child and it’s basically about her saying she wants
a fairy tale type of love; though she has been heartbroken she still
believes in love. The A-Star also stated that American RnB singer,
Brandy, was the reason she became a musician. She features Brandy on the
track Somebody’s son.
Other tracks are Work
Fada ft. Nas and Rich King, Ade Ori,
Tales by Moonlight ft. Amaarae and Special Kinda
ft. Tay Iwar. Fans have hailed the album as a very nice production.
